Media: Cut, hand hammered and welded out of bronze sheet metal

Artist bio: Steve Tyree grew up with a love for animals. He loved studying their grace of movement and agility. He grew up in California, Guam and Hawaii. After a year of college, he spent time in the Florida everglades filming birds and wildlife, traveling throughout the country and Alaska. His sculpting career started in 1975 where he began with small puddled steel pieces and evolved from there to life size bronze fabricated wildlife.
